Which toothbrushes does toothbrushfixer service?

We are currently servicing all models available in our shop and show on our supported devices page. We will be adding more models to our repair service shortly, so check again or contact us in case your brush is either not listed yet or you are unsure of your model.

What is included in toothbrushfixer’s service?

The service fee covers parts, labour, packaging and shipping the device back to your named address. Your serviced toothbrush will work like it did the first day you used it. In case you are not satisfied with our service please contact us, so we can establish what went wrong with fixing your toothbrush.

How long does toothbrushfixer take to service my device?

We aim to post the device back to you in perfect condition as soon as possible after receipt. It should normally take no longer than 3 to 5 days to complete the battery change and allow for a 24h deep-charge cycle to align the electrics of the brush to the new battery. Please note that we must return the serviced device to the address named when ordering. Therefore we ask you to ensure your address is current and correct. We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided. Devices are posted on weekdays apart from bank holidays.

Does toothbrushfixer repair all devices?

We strive to repair all devices we offer our service for. However, please note that our repair only comprises battery replacements. If we find that your toothbrush’s fault is not based on a battery failure and we are not able to rectify the fault we will contact you. In this case we can offer you to recycle the device for you and we will offer you a full refund. Alternatively we are able to return the device to you by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and give you a refund of your service fee less shipping costs. We will not be able to refund your initial shipping costs.

In case you have attempted a repair of your brush yourself but think you have broken something, so that it is now not longer working please do contact us here before just ordering a regular service. We offer first and foremost a battery replacement service and not a damaged brush repair service. Upon contacting us we would try and establish what might be wrong with your brush and if there might be a chance for us to fix it. If we believe there is we will advise you how to proceed with this. Our general approach when receiving damaged brushes without prior notice is to offer returning the brush for a refund of the fee paid less postage or to recycle the brush for the customer and in return offer a full refund.

How do I contact toothbrushfixer?

We are a 100% online company; all our Customer Service is done via email. In the rare event that there is an issue with servicing your toothbrush like a non-battery related fault we may call you on your registered paypal phone number for clarifying how to progress with your order. You can also contact us here.

How do I pay toothbrushfixer to service my device?

Your payment will be processed through paypal – a global e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the internet. You can either use your existing paypal account to make your payment or in case you do not have a paypal account you can also make the payment with your debit or credit card through paypal.

Are my card details safe with toothbrushfixer?

The simple answer to this is yes as we do not see or store any of your financial or personal information. All payments are processed through Paypal who are one of the world’s largest payment merchants. All of your information will be safe and secure with paypal. What about postage? How does toothbrushfixer return my brush to me?

If the regular service charge has been paid we will return the brush to you via Royal Mail First Class Signed For. We offer the option for our customers to pay an additional postage fee of £2.99 for which we will return your brush via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is an expedited service and offers a higher rate of compensation should some go wrong on Royal Mail’s side during shipping.

Please note that all orders under £15.00 will incur a postage charge of £4.40 for a First Class Signed For return. For orders above £15.00 First Class Signed For shipping is included in the service charge and as laid out above Special Delivery is available at an additional fee.

For international deliveries (outside the UK) we currently charge a postage fee of £6.49.

 

HOW TO ORDER STEP 1
Make your purchase by heading to our SHOP and select the device you would like to get serviced. During the checkout process you will be directed to PayPal to pay for your battery replacement service.

STEP 2
After your purchase is completed you will be sent a confirmation email containing the address your device needs to be posted to. Please send this well packaged. For toothbrushes we would like to ask you to include only the handset. For Sat-Navs you can include a USB charging cable. We recommend you send your device via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. That way you can trace your package and ensure we have signed for delivery.

STEP 3
We set about repairing your device immediately after receipt. In most cases the repaired device will be posted back within 3-5 days after receipt to allow for the battery change and a 24 hour deep-charge cycle for toothbrushes. So you will have your beloved device back swiftly and in perfect working condition.
